How to Apply

Our Enrollment Process

Enrolling your child at Kate’s Rainbow Foundation Schools is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started.

Download & Complete the Application Form

Download our admission form from this page or collect a physical copy from the school office. Complete all sections clearly and accurately. Ensure all required information about the child and parent/guardian is provided.

Submit Required Documents

Submit the completed application form along with all required supporting documents (listed below) to the school's admissions office. Documents may be submitted in person or sent via email to admissions@karofsacademy.com.ng.

Assessment & Interview (Primary Only)

Applicants for Primary 2 and above will be invited for a brief, friendly assessment to determine the appropriate class placement. This is not a competitive examination — it simply helps us understand your child's current level so we can support them best.

Receive Admission Letter

Successful applicants will receive an official admission letter within 5 working days of completing the assessment. The letter will confirm the child's class, resumption date, and school fees information.

Pay School Fees & Collect Uniform

Upon receiving the admission letter, complete the registration by paying the required school fees and collecting the school uniform and stationery list from the school office. Your child is now officially a BrightMinds pupil!

Please ensure you have the following documents ready before applying.

🧒 Nursery Section

Completed admission application form
Birth certificate or declaration of age
4 recent passport photographs of the child
Immunisation / vaccination card
Copy of parent/guardian's valid ID
Proof of residence (utility bill or tenancy agreement)
Previous school report (if applicable)
Medical report / health history form

📚 Primary Section

Completed admission application form
Birth certificate or declaration of age
4 recent passport photographs of the child
Last two terms' school reports / transcripts
Transfer certificate from previous school
Copy of parent/guardian's valid ID
Proof of residence
Immunisation / vaccination card
Medical report / health history form

Age Requirements by Class

The following age requirements apply for admission to each class level.

* Age requirements are as at 1st September of the academic year. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
